Is it free, or do I need a subscription?
Creating an account, exploring previews and trying practice exercises is free. Paid membership is required to accept gigs. Basic is R69 for 30 days, Standard is R149 for 3 month, and Premium is R299 for lifetime access. Compare membership before you decide.
What exactly am I paying for?
Membership is for access to the member workflow, including applications, full training, work tracking and payout tools. It is not a job offer or a promise of income. Review each plan’s full features in your dashboard and check current work availability with support before paying.
Can I try the work before paying?
Yes. Create a free account to try short practice exercises and explore dashboard previews. Practice tasks are unpaid examples; completing one does not reserve an assignment or guarantee acceptance for paid work.
Are work and earnings guaranteed?
No. Availability, eligibility and approval requirements vary. Preview examples are not evidence of live vacancies. Ask support about current assignments in your preferred category before purchasing membership.
How does payment for work happen?
Paid work must meet the assignment requirements and be approved. Before accepting an assignment, confirm its rate, review process, payout method, any minimum withdrawal amount and processing time with support.
How do refunds and cancellations work?

Do I need experience or a computer?
